What we offer

New mobility and transportation models are emerging every day, and there are more and more vehicles hitting the road in towns and cities worldwide, adding to the complexity of our already overloaded urban traffic systems. The effects of excessive traffic negatively affect inhabitants’ quality of life and the sustainability of cities.

Apart from increasing transportation capacity, the issue may also be addressed by keeping traffic system operators and users better informed; and by making safer, more coordinated, and smarter use of the road networks.

Across the world, city authorities are beginning to look for smart technologies to make people’s journeys faster and safer. One of these is Hikvision’s portfolio of surveillance solutions that incorporate various cutting-edge technologies. From dedicated high-performance cameras for event capture to centralized video management platforms and comprehensive smart parking systems, our ITS solutions perfectly integrate all the devices and deliver scalable applications to cover various transportation scenarios.

Trust Hikvision ITS products for their industry-leading stability, reliability, and performance. Altogether, they transform standard video monitoring with features that alert operators and users about traffic issues in real time, allowing them to take immediate actions to keep lanes clear and traffic flowing.

Product categories

Signal Control Systems

Hikvision’s Signal Control Systems allow traffic lights to be coordinated to keep traffic flowing as freely as possible. They consume data from traffic guidance systems to understand where traffic is building up at an intersection.

Traffic Flow Systems

The Traffic Flow Detection System can count road vehicles and provide other traffic-related data. Original data is offered for releasing traffic information, e.g. to drivers via traffic guidance screens, as well as for signal control, in order to best guide the traffic and alleviate traffic congestion.

Smart Surveillance Systems

As a supplement to the checkpoint system, Hikvision has launched the intelligent monitoring system. This system is easy to deploy and has high efficiency. It covers the monitoring of large areas and supports vehicle capture and ANPR. DarkFighter technology gives this system good image performance at all light levels.

Road Management System

When you need a system that moves, Hikvision moves with you. Our Road Management System have been field-tested and proven in critical, on-the-ground applications.

AID Systems

The AID System can provide fast and effective automatic incident detection, initial alarm and response. It aids in detecting traffic safety issues, and can improve the traffic situation with the help of manual data mining and daily management.

Entrance & Exit Management

The whole system relies on ANPR technology, and it can help improve the efficiency of vehicles entering and exiting.

Checkpoint Systems

As a critical part of the intelligent traffic systems, checkpoints provide key data on traffic flow and violations. They create an intelligent network that weaves the whole roadmap together for maximum insight and administration of traffic.

Intersection Violation Systems

The Intersection Violation Unit is mainly used at road intersections to capture illegal driving behaviors. It is significant in providing strong incentives to drivers to abide by all road rules, in avoiding accidents and improving transportation efficiency.

Parking Guidance

The Parking Guidance solution is equipped with deep learning algorithms and video monitoring technology to show real-time information on parking space availability.

Traffic Guidance Systems

Placed in enclosed areas such as industrial parks, business parks, campuses, ports, and more, outdoor LED displays show vehicle plate numbers and speeds in real time, reminding the drivers to drive safely.
